Shipping & Returns Policy

We want your experience with NoPlayWedge to be straightforward and dependable. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how we process orders, ship products, and handle returns or order issues.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise noted on the product page or at checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation after your purchase and, when available, a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping

We currently ship to the United States. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

We aim to ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website or during checkout. If no specific timeframe is stated, we will ship within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law. Under FTC rules, if we cannot ship within the promised time, or within 30 days if no time was promised, we must notify you and give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Delays

If we become aware of a significant shipping delay, we will try to notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

If we cannot fulfill your order within the required timeframe, we will offer you the option to:

• continue waiting for shipment, or
• cancel the unshipped portion of the order for a refund, as applicable under FTC rules.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an address issue, we may contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ggebheim@colletreceiver.com with:

• your order number
• a brief description of the issue
• photos, if applicable

We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, refund, or other support as appropriate.

6. Returns

We accept returns of eligible unused products in original condition within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

To start a return, contact us at ggebheim@colletreceiver.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returned items must generally be:

• unused
• in original condition
• in original packaging, if practical

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

7. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, a damaged shipment, or a defective product covered by warranty, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for where to send the item.

8. Refunds

If a return is approved and the item is received back in acceptable condition, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged shipment, or a defective product.

9. Exchanges

If you need a replacement or exchange, please contact us. We will let you know whether an exchange is available for your item and how to proceed.
