Warranty Policy

Our 25-year limited warranty is our promise that your NoPlayWedge hitch components are built to last. If something goes wrong under normal use, we’ll review your claim in good faith and work with you on a fair solution.

1. 25-Year Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our American-made hitch solutions. All NoPlayWedge kits are covered by a 25-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, ensuring long-term performance and confidence for your towing setup.

2. Coverage Limits

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal towing conditions. It applies primarily to the structural integrity of the wedge system and its core components manufactured by PlayStop LLC.

3. Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation or failure to follow the Fitment Guide.
  • Accidents, collisions, or misuse beyond rated towing capacities.
  • Modifications made to the product by the user.
  • Normal cosmetic wear, surface rust, or finish degradation due to road salt and chemicals.

4. Proper Fitment Requirement

Warranty claims are only valid if the correct NoPlayWedge kit was used for the specific vehicle and receiver setup as defined in our fitment data. Using a 2" kit in a 2.5" receiver without the proper adapter components voids the coverage.

5. Maintenance and Inspection

Users must perform regular inspections of their NoPlayWedge system. Ensure that the mechanical tension is maintained and the system remains secure during transit. Failure to maintain the hardware may impact warranty eligibility.

6. Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at ggebheim@colletreceiver.com with the following information:

  • Original proof of purchase.
  • Photos or video of the defect.
  • Description of the vehicle and hitch setup used.

7. Shipping and Returns

For approved claims, the customer may be responsible for the shipping costs to return the defective unit to our Texas facility. PlayStop LLC will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product within the continental USA.

8. Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the NoPlayWedge system from an authorized dealer or our official website.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PlayStop LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Our total liability is limited to the replacement value of the wedge kit.

10. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Atascosa County or the nearest applicable federal court.
